The mission of the Membership Services Team is to grow and retain Chapter membership through active member recruitment and participation in programs. The Capital Chapter of IFMA is currently made up of approximately 75% Professional Members and 25% Associate Members. The Membership Team's objective is to maintain this ratio for the benefit of all of our members. Tasks and duties include:

• Recruiting and welcoming new members

• Providing guidance on how to get more involved

• Planning and executing chapter orientation meetings

• Maintaining member relationships

• Data analytics
