Organizational culture is one of the most important differentiators companies possess—and it’s doing hard work since the pandemic. In some cases companies are struggling to maintain their cultures. If culture is “what people do when no one is looking,” it is especially relevant when employees are away from the office.

Join us for a lively discussion, led by Dr. Tracy Brower, sociologist and principal with Steelcase’s Applied Research + Consulting Group. She will discuss culture and its connections with place—and the critical role the facility plays in sustaining culture. We will consider what we knew about culture already, and what’s new in terms of its tie to the work experience and workplace, and how to strengthen it now.
